Our Homes
Within the Hōhepa Wellington community we offer a variety of living options to align with individual needs, preferences and capabilities.
Our Hōhepa Wellington main site sits on 5 hectares of picturesque land in Otaihanga on the Kāpiti Coast. On this site we currently have 7 homes, along with a communal studio space for activities and gatherings. All of the homes onsite in Otaihanga are modern, warm, and purpose-built to support our needs. Our office is situated in a converted house directly next door to the main site.
We also have a further 3 homes in suburbs close-by, providing residents the opportunity to thrive being embedded in wider community life.
We currently have 23 people living in Hōhepa Wellington homes.
