What We Do

Through active support, empowering choices, and honouring individuality, we enable growth for intellectually disabled people and enrich our communities.

Our aim is to offer high-quality, individualised support for adults with intellectual disabilities, with activity choices and a range of opportunities to encourage independence and autonomy – creating tailored programmes for each person we support.

The homes and services within Hōhepa Wellington enable us to offer the people we support a rich therapeutic and cultural life, to enable a sense of meaning and worth.

We support individuals on their life journey. Together we discover the life they want to live, their interests and goals, and what gives their days purpose and meaning. We provide services with flexibility and can adapt to meet people needs with creativity and care.
